Why is my preview page not working?

When you finish creating your service, you may want to use our "preview" page to review the input/output playback and spot the differences.

The concept of this preview page is that it hosts two players, launching automatically the URL source of your service (the input) and the URL of your service itself (the output).

Sometimes, it happens that this page is not working:

• The 2 players are not launching and are reporting "Playback has been stalled due to failure to retrieve encryption key from xxx": this means that your source is encrypted and the players of the preview page cannot access the keys for decryption. You should either try with an unencrypted source or test with a player able to decrypt your content.
