Service preview:

Service update: Service name can be changed and the new output URL is now being propagated to the streaming service output.
Source list: Source URL is now displayed

Service preview : we added a warning in the preview page that a service creation or update may take some time to be deployed.

Service creation and update: we are now checking that the default replacement content of a blackout service has the same format (DASH or HLS) than the original content.
Slot creation and update: we are now checking that the alternate source has the same format (DASH or HLS) than the original content.

Blackout slots API updates to avoid inconsistent manifests and player errors:

We added a "Create new demo" button in the Services page.
This creates two demo live sources and one demo blackout service, then displays the service preview page where the blackout service can be tested.
